Home didn’t sell…well the good news is there are normally only 1 or 2 reasons why a home won’t sell. If you’ve asked your agent they will most likely tell you it’s the down market, however, if this were true how come there are record number of homes being sold in the Wexford and Pittsburgh areas?
Most agents still use the old fashion CMA to price a home, and with all the “short sales” and “foreclosures” selling in the market, would you want your home to be compared to a Foreclosure or a Short Sale?
